What does a Makeup Trial look like?
A Bridal trial is a dedicated session, where I come to you and we collaborate to create your perfect wedding day look. During our session, we'll discuss your vision, look at your inspo photos, wedding theme, and personal style to design a makeup look that complements your dress, accessories, and overall aesthetic. We create a look that you can wear throughout the day to ensure it feels comfortable, lasts beautifully, and enhances your natural beauty. (Pro Tip: get your trial done on a "long" day for you so that you see how it wears, you can let me know and we adjust accordingly day of.) This is also time for us to fine-tune the details and address any concerns, so you feel confident and radiant when it's time to walk down the aisle.
These sessions usually take about 1-2 hours. Please have a clean face with no makeup on.
Do I have a minimum and/or maximum for my services?
Yes, I require a minimum of 5 faces. Depending on the amount of time you and your party have to get ready, depends on my maximum. Please email me for us to discuss further.
Do I travel anywhere?
Yes, absolutely!! I am an on location Artist so I come to you! Travel fees are dependent on where I am traveling to. I do not charge mileage within 25 miles from Brownstown Twp, MI. It is $1 per mile roundtrip if it is over 25 miles. A hotel is required if the location is further than 1.5 hours from 48183. Travel fees also include street parking, valet, parking structures, turnpike, flights, tolls, etc...
I also do out of state and country weddings! I will go anywhere to be a part of your day!
How can you secure your date?
I only save your date once the contract and deposit have been made. So keep that in mind when scheduling your trial because if you wait to book me until after your trial, you may loose the date. Book your trials and secure your date quickly as I fill up my year fast!
Do I sell makeup? Or leave a touch up kit?
No, I do not sell makeup at this time.
I am someone who tries to be very earth conscious and I have found (and asked past brides) that touch up kits usually get either left behind or never used. That being said if you desire a touch up kit, that can be arranged for a small fee. Just let me know.
I also offer Personal Shopping for Makeup and Skincare. So we could do that to pick out your wedding day makeup needs for touch ups! Email me for more details.
